We want you to be happy with Keep Your RV Alive. If it isn't right for you, you get your money back.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, email contact@raytherv.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price of USD 26.00. You don't have to give a reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@raytherv.com with the subject line "Refund".
2. Include the email address you used at checkout (and your order or receipt number if you have it).
3. We will confirm and process the refund within 3 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Whop. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days. We can't refund to a different card or account.

Things to know

• After 30 days from purchase, sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise or the file is defective (see below).
• Refunds are limited to one per customer. Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns may be declined.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. It is almost always faster for you.

Faulty or missing download

If your file won't open, is incomplete, or never arrived, email us. We'll send a working copy right away or, if we can't fix it, refund you in full, whenever that is.

Your statutory rights
