This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit raytherv.com or buy Keep Your RV Alive. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell and deliver a digital book.

2. What we collect

• Order data: your email address, name (if provided), country, order ID, amount and payment status. Collected by our payment provider at checkout and shared with us so we can deliver the Product and provide support.
• Payment data: card or wallet details are processed directly by Whop and its payment partners. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email.
• Technical data: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are rotated and deleted automatically.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this Site. The checkout form, loaded from Whop, may use cookies that are strictly necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To process your order, deliver the Product and send your download link. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To answer your questions, handle refunds and complaints. Contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To keep accounting and tax records. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To protect the Site and prevent fraud. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree to them.

4. Who we share it with

• Whop, Inc.: payment processing, checkout, and transactional delivery emails.
• Our hosting provider: stores the Site and server logs within the EU.
• Email provider: for support correspondence.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Some of these providers (including Whop) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoicing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Poland, generally 5 years from the end of the tax year). Support emails are kept for up to 3 years. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, email contact@raytherv.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or the authority in your own country.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Children

The Site and Product are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
